qTranslate seems to strip out HTML tags in 3.3.1

Did you have "only" the stripping of HTML tags problem or did you also have the "not saving stuff when saving from html-editor" problem?

I had problem with saving html tags now it's ok and paragraphs in HTML view too ... did you add functions to functions.php in your theme?

Yes i did. But the problem isn't that it's stripping the tags but more that it doesn't save correctly when saving from HTML view.

Will try on a different template later today and report back the result.

Yeah this bugfix doesnt solve the problem with the editor.
Try adding a simple unordered list, saving then check the HTML for it. It has added several more UL tags that creates space.
This is not the only bug, the editor also doesnt save the proper spacing.

Removing the space and saving would give a perfect LIVE result on the website, but if you go BACK to the editor again you will see the space has magically appeared again. This is super annoying.

I have the same problem:
Wordpress 3.3.1
qTranslate 2.5.28

When I open a page for editing the text is getting stripped out of paragraphs and newlines. Then I have to add all the paragraphs manualy again and then save (or not save at all) to keep the page from getting messed up. This is a serious problem as pages are very essential in the site.
When qTranslate is disabled problem doesn't happen.
Also found that when the paragraph tags are not simple <p>s but say <p style="padding-left: 4px"> and not have blank lines before and after, they aren't stripped.

Awesome Aneon! Your fix resolves the paragraph issue, removes the qtrans_split error message and doesn't break UL tags.
