Migration WP >WP: Language imported but not show in new WP

Hello all,

Specs
Old Server: WordPress 3.2.1 / qTranslate Plugin Version 2.5.24 / Default Language Order: Czech (cs_CZ), EN (en_US)
New Server: WordPress 3.4.1 / qTranslate Plugin Version 2.5.31/ Default Language Order: Czech (cs_CZ), EN (en_US) - brandnew, NO content except the latest qTrans Plugin already installed & configured as on old server

Migration process
Old Server: Exporting all content (tables) via the built in Tools>Export / Note: In the generated XML both languages are saved = Export catches all
New Server: Importing the generated XML via Built in function Tools>Import (standard importer).

Problem
1) Titles: Post/Page titles are imported in Czech for both language
2) Content: EN content language is imported correct. The Czech language (incl. content e.g. images) is missing totally in the editor. NOTE: The content IS imported in the new DB table 'wp_posts' (I double checked via phpMyAdmin)

Thank you for any hint what I need to adjust or what I am missing:-)!

PS: I am talking about the back end process only. Theme migration and language integration in theme is all fine (except the missing CZ content).
