Hi Qian,
first of all: thank you for your work and this is an absolutely necessary plugin.
Under WP 2.7 I first had installed a 2.0 beta (nightly build 15.12.) and today i´ve made an update to your newest version (18.12.). If I change some options in the admin control (i.e. Hide Untranslated Content, Detect Browser Language, URL Modification Mode ...) this settings aren`t changed, everything is on default-configuration again. Any suggestions?
*Great work*

try reseting qTranslate

by the way: .mo files were a pain in the ass to setup? let qT2 do it for you! new feature! test and report back and let me know if it works for you. (a languages folder in wp-content with write permission is needed => chmod 777)

Hi Qian,

I installed the latest build of QT2. I'm having two issues right now :

1- Even though I deactivated "Detect Browser Language", it still redirects according to the browser language ( http://www.fruitmur.ca redirects to English with an English browser).
2- Time is shown instead of the date with my posts.

1- bug is fixed now
2- are you using the_date or the_time in your template? the_date is working just fine for me.

qTranslate 2 is "ready". I will release it as soon as enough testing has been done. There is a lot needed to be tested though, so this might take some time. Feel free to help me though. ;)

1- Working now, thanks!
2- Guess I'll have to figure out what's wrong with my theme... date works with another theme.

Actually, when I deactivate QT2, the date is shown instead of the time. Tested with default theme and same thing happens. I think it's something with strftime... seems like it's set to false in qtranslate.php. It used to be set to "true" before.

Hi Qian,

excuse my little english.

I installed WP version 2.7 and qTranslate 2.0b.

I've setting "Use Query Mode (?lang=en)" and I cheched off "Detect the language of the browser and redirect accordingly. ".
My default language is English.
If I try to read the posts in other language the WP show me only the english language. Why?
Try please at http://www.slpresence.com

Thank you.

then your template uses the_time but uses a date format for it, which is not the way the_time is intended to work.

interessting, i'll check and fix this bug as soon as I can.
